Small Spas and Hot Tubs

Spas and hot tubs are relaxing, healthy, and pleasurable, especially when sharing one with a romantic partner. 😀

Note: This article is part of a small and tiny houses article series.

Why is a small spa or hot tub a smart choice? For many of the same reasons, you would buy a small house or car. Here’s a list.

  • Less cost to buy.
  • Less cost to heat and power.
  • Less cost for chemical supplies.
  • Less time to clean.
  • Less space is used.
  • Less size and weight make it easier to move.

“But it would only be big enough for me and my wife or girlfriend,” you might say. Isn’t that great? There would be less contamination and less work to keep it clean. The truth is that it’s rare that any size spa or hot tub has more than one or two occupants.

Buy things in the size that serves your best interest and not for accommodating more people when it would rarely, if ever, come up. The same is true with buying a car. It doesn’t make sense to buy a big SUV on the chance that you might need it to transport a group of people when you’d rather have a small sporty car.

Let’s go on a small spa and hot tub photo tour. Enjoy!
